All products listed on our website are handmade one at a time; some are small samples of our past creations& designs, some are customized items for our customers. You can order them just as they are by using our shopping cart system.
The purchased goods will be sent within 3-4 weeks of payment.
Please e-mail us upon your request for a custom- made to order arrangement in any color or flowers of your choice, we hope you will choose us to create something unique and exceptional…. a new set designed specially for you.
Once you place the order for custom-made to order designs, order form with all details, prices and payment information will be sent to you to approve before starting work. Pictures of all customized design items will be sent to you within 3-5 business days.You can let us know if you want to make any adjustment at no extra charge.
Pictures of all finished items will be sent to you for approval before shipping.
We’d like to have your order at least 4-6 weeks before your wedding. Orders shorter than 3 weeks or with less than 1 week are available as a rush order with 20% additional fee.

We offer scented flowers at your request with no extra charge. You can add a drop,
or two of our special scent to a cotton ball and place scented cotton ball down among flower stems.
Contacting us via Email is the most effective way, and we will respond to your Email promptly. We do not post our phone number online but will call brides who need to speak over the phone.
SAMPLES; In case you want to see the quality of our flowers and work before ordering, We can:
1. send you a sample of two or three flowers for free with payment of shipping ($ 7), just click at sample flower button on our homepage.
2. we can create any item in the set, send it to you at its regular cost .
RETURN POLICY
We accept the return of items within 10 days of receipt with a full refund or replacement order.
You must email us within 3 days of receiving your item(s)
NOTE : we must receive the items in unused condition, please 100 % quarantee on damaged, lost or defective items, all items must be kept in the original packaging.
