3. Will the shipping damage the flowers?? How do you guarantee this?? What kind of packaging do you provide?
We usually ship our flowers in double sided boxes, outer carton box and inner silk cover paper box. All of the bouquets are wrapped by tissue paper, clear plastic and then air-bubbles. The corsages and boutonniers are packed in plastic box.
We tightly pack them so there will be no room for them to move around the box and get damaged.
We have a 100 percent guarantee on all of our products, including custom made, if you decide to return them for any reason, please ship back within 10 days of receipt, (please note that we must receive the items in unused condition and in their original packages) Full refund is provided.

5. Since you are in thailand what it would be shipping wise and to get them
through customs?
Ususally we ship all of the package by express mail which takes about 3-5 business days to reach US and Europe. Tracking number is provided, you can track for your package at www.usps.com
In our experience, there is no problem with custom at all, anyway some packages sail through custouroms without delay and others are held for awhile. It would be best to order in plenty of time advance so that you won’t be disappointed.

We ship to US, Europe and all over the world.
7. How long before the wedding should I place my order?
We would like to have your order at least 2-3 months in advance. Anyway we can process the order in shorter periods and rush order is also possible, if we are not booked. Please e-mail us upon your desired shipping date.

Usually, it takes about 1-2 weeks to process each order, and the shipping time is between 3-5 business days to US and Europe.
9. Do you have a printed catalog?
No, but we do have some brochures, please e-mail us if you need them.

Yes, we do have many other designs of wedding bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres in lots of wedding theme that we can e-mail the pictures to you.

In case you want to see the quality of our flowers and work before ordering, we could offer any 3 loose flowers for free with only $10 extra for shipping cost or you can purchase our 5 inches bouquet at $ 25 US, this price include shipping cost.
